Derek Edwards, a 30-year-old educator and coach who has spent time around Latin America and the Caribbean, teaching English, learning other languages, and experiencing the more demanding aspects of our Christian faith. Proximity to migrants in the Caribbean, Mexico, and South Florida where he lives, has led him on a path of seeking justice and understanding of America’s immigration policies.  He also seeks to reconcile the divide that exists within the American Christian community as it relates to immigration and its present challenges.
