Join The King Center for “A Time to Break Silence: Faith, Moral Power, and the Crisis of Global Militarism,” a special virtual experience commemorating the 59th anniversary of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s historic speech, “Beyond Vietnam: A Time to Break Silence,” and the 58th anniversary of his assassination.

This powerful conversation will feature Rev. Dr. Bernice A. King, CEO of The King Center, Rev. Dr. William J. Barber II, Dr. Barbara Williams-Skinner, and Shane Claiborne, and will be moderated by Dr. Vonnetta L. West.

Presented as a collaboration between The King Center’s Beloved Community Talks and the Better Together interfaith initiative, this program will explore the continued relevance of Dr. King’s call to confront injustice and militarism with moral courage.

Streaming live on The King Center’s YouTube, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn platforms.
