David Piorek is a writer, teacher, church liturgist, and lay preacher. His upbringing as a pastor’s kid, coupled with a master’s degree in American Studies have culminated in a devotion to preaching the redemptive movement of the Kingdom of Heaven in our country and beyond, a devotion which can be experienced through his fiery sermons for St. Andrews Presbyterian Church in Redondo Beach, CA, his religious essays, and his strange apocalyptic folk music.
