Celia is the Development Associate for Red Letter Christians. She brings more than 15 years of experience across public campaigns, international development, and faith-based organizing, with a focus on creative coalition building that drives meaningful change.
She lived in Jerusalem for six years, where she worked on regional development and advocacy efforts, including USAID- and World Bank-funded projects in the West Bank and Gaza. She continues to support the work of Christ at the Checkpoint and the Bethlehem Institute of Peace and Justice, where she helps elevate the voices of the Palestinian Christian community and build global networks of solidarity. Her work is rooted in research, advocacy, and strategic communications that center justice and dignity.
Celia holds dual Masters degrees in Public Administration and International Development.
