December Monthly Morning Prayer with Advent Devotional Contributors
This December, our monthly morning prayer gathers with contributors to the RLC 2025 Advent Devotional, “God With Us: Faith in the Face of Genocide.”
As the world has watched devastation unfold in Gaza and across the Holy Land, many have asked, “Where is God?” Our Palestinian Christian siblings offer a profound answer rooted in the heart of our faith: Emmanuel—God is with us. God is in the rubble. God is with the grieving, the suffering, and all those crushed under the weight of empire.
Join us as we pray alongside the voices who have guided our Advent journey this year—Palestinian Christians living and ministering at the geographic and spiritual heart of the Christmas story. Together, we hold space for lament, hope, and the radical solidarity embodied in the incarnation.
